The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute of the match Karl-Axel Björck shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Folke Alebeck showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Lars-Erik Ekström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Folke Alebeck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilhelm Berglund in the 16th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Pirates FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Nyman came free, but Folke Alebeck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilhelm Salkvist scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Folke Alebeck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Nyman in the 27th minute of play forced Pirates FC's goalkeeper Folke Alebeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Joakim Gustavsson notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Yoda FC's Filip Lindström. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wilhelm Salkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Wilhelm Salkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pirates FC's Folke Alebeck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Yoda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Forss came free, but Filip Lindström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, Pirates FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andréas Västlund to maneuver through the defense. Wilhelm Salkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Folke Alebeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 97 played minutes Vilhelm Berglund rounded Pirates FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. The Yoda FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Yoda FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
