The corner ended in Ivar Gerdberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gullholmen's Joacim Hydén did a great save. Rudolf Haraldsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tågarp FK's Joakim Ljungberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Haraldsson in the 17th minute of play. If Bengt-Åke Kilberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, Gullholmen's Per Jakobsson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Per Jakobsson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Gullholmen protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Per Jakobsson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gullholmen fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! In the 26th minute there was a penalty for Tågarp FK. Ivar Gerdberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Joacim Hydén. 1-1. 29 minutes into the match, Gullholmen's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Edvin Alén came free, but Joacim Hydén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvar Ekberg hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Joakim Ljungberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakarias Samuelsson in the 31st minute of play. Sakarias Samuelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After 33 minutes of play, Tågarp FK's Rutger Fanström made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joacim Hydén was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rutger Fanström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Joacim Hydén made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Bengt-Åke Kilberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gullholmen's supporters rose to their feet, but Bengt-Åke Kilberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joakim Ljungberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Joacim Hydén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rutger Fanström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bengt-Åke Kilberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Joakim Ljungberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Tågarp FK's Joakim Ljungberg got control of the ball when Oscar Persson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Tågarp FK's Dag Lange nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joacim Hydén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Edvin Alén in the 73rd minute of the match. A collision led to Tågarp FK getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Sven-Edvin Alén hit a great ball. In the 90th minute Rutger Fanström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joacim Hydén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rutger Fanström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joacim Hydén having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, Gullholmen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fritz Lundin to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Gullholmen booed when Tågarp FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anders Malmström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tågarp FK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gullholmen for a fine match.
