Spectators: 7261 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1760, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kenneth Classon got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Åkersberga BF's zone, Kenneth Classon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell Stenström came out of the goal and Kenneth Classon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Atilano Francis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olof Bengtsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 12th match minute, Röverberget AIF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reine Engström to maneuver through the defense. Kenneth Classon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell Stenström having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Röverberget AIF's goal looked a bit too open when Olof Bengtsson came free, but Atilano Francis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fredrik Dahlqvist came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Åkersberga BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fredrik Dahlqvist couldn't finish the play. Kjell Stenström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niklas Odeen in the 23rd minute. The Åkersberga BF fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Åkersberga BF's Fredrik Dahlqvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Atilano Francis came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Åkersberga BF's Fredrik Dahlqvist. But to his dismay, Fredrik Dahlqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Åkersberga BF's Rutger Söderqwist got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the game, Röverberget AIF's Kenneth Classon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kjell Stenström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After the first half Åkersberga BF were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Röverberget AIF's Per-Åke Vall got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Kenneth Classon put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Kjell Stenström. When Pontus Stål fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Röverberget AIF's protests and gave Pontus Stål a yellow card for diving instead. After 58 played minutes Röverberget AIF got a freekick which was hit by Pontus Stål. Atilano Francis was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Patric Torsberg. Fredrik Dahlqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Atilano Francis made a huge save. In the 70th minute Kenneth Classon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjell Stenström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Röverberget AIF's Reine Engström suffered a sore foot after 71 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 71 minutes into the game, Olof Bengtsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Åkersberga BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Röverberget AIF the free kick. After 73 played minutes Åkersberga BF got a freekick which was hit by Olof Bengtsson. Röverberget AIF's Kenneth Classon got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 75 minutes, Joakim Bergström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åkersberga BF and the Röverberget AIF players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Åkersberga BF getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Joakim Bergström hit a great ball. Olof Bengtsson kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Kjell Stenström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenneth Classon, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute.
