After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michel Olsman to make the kick off. After 52 minutes Genarp's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Michel Olsman who took care of the corner kick. The IFK Trelleborg manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Genarp to win.
