Spectators: 7499 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wiktor Uggla started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Wiktor Uggla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sture Wickander was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. In the 8th minute, Roy Bergqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 12 minutes, Wiktor Uggla made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. IF Eksjö Fotboll's Sture Wickander tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute, Ludvig Isaksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Uggla in the 18th minute of play forced IF Eksjö Fotboll's goalkeeper Sture Wickander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Wiktor Uggla notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of IF Eksjö Fotboll's Sture Wickander. Sture Wickander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in IF Eksjö Fotboll's zone, Wiktor Uggla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sture Wickander came out of the goal and Wiktor Uggla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wiktor Uggla got free with Sture Wickander in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sture Wickander came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Årsta FF's Wiktor Uggla. But to his dismay, Wiktor Uggla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 30thth minute of the game Wiktor Uggla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IF Eksjö Fotboll's Sture Wickander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ludvig Isaksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sture Wickander having to interfere. After 35 minutes of play, Årsta FF's Wiktor Uggla made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sture Wickander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roy Bergqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sture Wickander having to interfere. Sture Wickander was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wiktor Uggla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 40 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claes Strömbom in the 43rd minute of play forced IF Eksjö Fotboll's goalkeeper Sture Wickander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wiktor Uggla let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 46th minute shot 6-0 at rihgt post. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Calle Josefsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sture Wickander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Lundin in the 52nd minute of the match. IF Eksjö Fotboll's Sture Wickander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiktor Uggla in the 55th minute of play. In the 56thth minute of the game Wiktor Uggla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IF Eksjö Fotboll's Sture Wickander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Wiktor Uggla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Sture Wickander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wiktor Uggla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Sture Wickander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. IF Eksjö Fotboll's Sture Wickander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claes Strömbom in the 65th minute of play. Sture Wickander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Bergqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Årsta FF made a substitution. Baba Isaksson replaced Roy Bergqvist. Sture Wickander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wiktor Uggla's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leif Lövskog during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 75 played minutes IF Eksjö Fotboll got a freekick which was hit by Leif Lövskog. Årsta FF made a substitution. Bror Broder replaced Claes Strömbom. IF Eksjö Fotboll's Sture Wickander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiktor Uggla in the 84th minute of play. When Årsta FF's Wiktor Uggla in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye IF Eksjö Fotboll's goalie prevented a goal. Baba Isaksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Baba Isaksson came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Årsta FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baba Isaksson couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wiktor Uggla in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sture Wickander saved IF Eksjö Fotboll from getting behind. In the 95thth minute of the game Wiktor Uggla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IF Eksjö Fotboll's Sture Wickander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Årsta FF had played much better football throughout.
