In the 30th minute, Birger Alberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per-Erik Gummeson in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erland Svensson saved Brickebackens IF from getting behind. Erland Svensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Alberg in the 37th minute of play. Henry Jansson kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Birger Alberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Panab United FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Birger Alberg to make the kick off. Måns Blanck in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erland Svensson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Henry Jansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 70 minutes, Kalle Bengtsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brickebackens IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kalle Bengtsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Ola Skarkman put in a rough tackle. Villiam Håkansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olov Bållström in the 81st minute of the match. Panab United FC's Villiam Håkansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kalle Bengtsson in the 84th minute of play. Villiam Håkansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Knut Gunnarsson in the 85th minute of play. Erland Svensson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Per-Erik Gummeson in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Panab United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kalle Bengtsson came free, but Villiam Håkansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 99 minutes into the game, Brickebackens IF's Knut Gunnarsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Villiam Håkansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Panab United FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
