The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Verner Brandin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wictor Utfal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patric Ekrot in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Fredrik Lundberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee ignored Västerås City's protests and gave Simon Billvall a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Västerås City getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Simon Billvall hit a great ball. In the 90th minute Patric Ekrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wictor Utfal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Västerås City defense, Patric Ekrot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wictor Utfal. The Västerås City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wictor Utfal should have stopped the shot. 94 minutes into the match, Västerås City's goal looked a bit too open when Patric Ekrot came free, but Wictor Utfal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Örsundsbro FKad's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
