An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Evert Borre got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Ankeborgs IF getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Hans Lägdin hit a great ball. Filip Salkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Aspengren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evert Borre stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Evert Borre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrik Holmgren having to interfere. Ankeborgs IF's Filip Salkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Ankeborgs IF from getting a goal against them.
