Sebastian Waller made in the 4th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Inge Hafström immediately put the ball in play. Anton Brovall made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Theodore in the 6th minute. When Alfred Adam fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Assyriska FF's protests and gave Alfred Adam a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th minute of the match Michael Björkdahl shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Per-Oskar Forsberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Suavi Kuthan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anton Brovall was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Assyriska FF's zone, David Berggren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per-Oskar Forsberg came out of the goal and David Berggren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Suavi Kuthan got free with Anton Brovall in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Suavi Kuthan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anton Brovall made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Suavi Kuthan sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd match minute, Sörskogens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Ambjörnsson to maneuver through the defense. Suavi Kuthan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anton Brovall read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. A collision led to Assyriska FF getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Arman Salqvist hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After 51 played minutes Sörskogens IF got a freekick which was hit by Michael Björkdahl. A collision led to Sörskogens IF getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Michael Björkdahl hit a great ball. Sebastian Waller made in the 56th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Anton Tâbuleac. 58 minutes into the match, David Berggren notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Assyriska FF's Per-Oskar Forsberg. Per-Oskar Forsberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 70th match minute, Sörskogens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inge Hafström to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Assyriska FF booed when Sörskogens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Tâbuleac didn't get a good kick on the ball. Per-Oskar Forsberg came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Sörskogens IF's David Berggren. But to his dismay, David Berggren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 90 minutes into the match, Inge Hafström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Per-Oskar Forsberg. Assyriska FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inge Hafström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. If David Berggren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle went the supporters of Sörskogens IF were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Assyriska FF side.
