The Assyriska FF fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Assyriska FF's Suavi Kuthan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 16 minutes into the match, Friska Viljor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Suavi Kuthan came free, but Pär Kiempe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Friska Viljor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco Scerri to maneuver through the defense. David Lenberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Per-Oskar Forsberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute Friska Viljor FC were awarded a corner. David Lenberg went to the cornerflag to take it. Friska Viljor FC's David Lenberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Per-Oskar Forsberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Per-Oskar Forsberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Selcuk Bayraktar in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Agne Kellman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Assyriska FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Agne Kellman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pär Kiempe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thorsten Iffland charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thorsten Iffland the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Assyriska FF's Thorsten Iffland got a free kick in the 35th minute. After some careless play in the Friska Viljor FC defense, Suavi Kuthan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pär Kiempe. The Friska Viljor FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pär Kiempe should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Friska Viljor FC booed when Assyriska FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thorsten Iffland didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, David Lenberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Assyriska FF's Per-Oskar Forsberg didn't even have to move. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for David Lenberg to strike the kick off in the second half. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Selcuk Bayraktar got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-2. 54 minutes into the match. Selcuk Bayraktar hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Suavi Kuthan might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pär Kiempe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Suavi Kuthan ran back to his position shaking his head. Assyriska FF's Per-Oskar Forsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Selcuk Bayraktar in the 69th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Assyriska FF got a freekick which was hit by Suavi Kuthan. Pär Kiempe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agne Kellman, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Agne Kellman scored 1-3 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pär Kiempe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Per-Oskar Forsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Selcuk Bayraktar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Selcuk Bayraktar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Friska Viljor FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. In the 83rd minute, Agne Kellman fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Pär Kiempe, passed just outside the right post. Friska Viljor FC made a substitution. Tor Widberg replaced Bengt-Åke Björklund. 93 minutes into the match, Friska Viljor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Agne Kellman came free, but Pär Kiempe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gert Lindholm kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Gert Lindholm fired away a sharp free kick straight at the goal. It looked like it might be really tough for the goalie to handle, but the shot went into the stands to the left of Pär Kiempe. Assyriska FF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
