Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Stråssa FK's Leo Lundgren started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Boris Bodin came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Fåker IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boris Bodin couldn't finish the play. In the 4th minute, Dương Binh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mark Pihlgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Stråssa FK's goal looked a bit too open when Timmy Pettersson came free, but Mark Pihlgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hinko Beerman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Hinko Beerman made a precise shot to the right of Mark Pihlgren. Stråssa FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Hinko Beerman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mark Pihlgren having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hinko Beerman in the 31st minute of play forced Stråssa FK's goalkeeper Mark Pihlgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mark Pihlgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boris Bodin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43 minutes, Hinko Beerman made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Stråssa FK's Mark Pihlgren tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dương Binh kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hinko Beerman made a kick off. Fåker IFK's Sven-Åke Botvidsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Lundgren in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Ulrik Norberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mark Pihlgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hinko Beerman in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Stråssa FK's Peter Simonsson got a free kick in the 60th minute. Stråssa FK's Mark Pihlgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Stråssa FK from getting a goal against them. Boris Bodin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Mark Pihlgren made a huge save. Mark Pihlgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hinko Beerman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute, Lars Myr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Fåker IFK's Lars Myr got a free kick in the 68th minute. Mark Pihlgren came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fåker IFK's Hinko Beerman. But to his dismay, Hinko Beerman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Josef Hökkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Åke Botvidsson having to interfere. Fåker IFK made a substitution. Bengt-Åke Berg replaced David Örtendal. Boris Bodin struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Mark Pihlgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fåker IFK. Boris Bodins short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Mark Pihlgren to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Boris Bodin put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Mark Pihlgren. The crowd rose to their feet as Fåker IFK's Olof Håkansson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mark Pihlgren. That made the score 0-7 after 96 minutes of play. When the final whistle sounded Fåker IFK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Stråssa FK.
