Patrick Vestberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Syrianska Falcons's zone, Carl Sandwall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Knutsson came out of the goal and Carl Sandwall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonas Knutsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Österberg in the 41st minute of play. Carl Sandwall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Bålsta FF's Jonas Knutsson threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Carl Sandwall, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
