Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Möllgren took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Bottnaryd IFK getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ingvar Boman hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tor Tolsson in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Vestberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Patrick Vestberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Drake in the 22nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Herbert Östman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bottnaryd IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Herbert Östman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrick Vestberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Herbert Östman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Carl Sandwall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvard Källberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edvard Källberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Sandwall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herbert Östman came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Patrick Vestberg could save by the left post. Bottnaryd IFK's Edvard Källberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Sandwall in the 33rd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Bålsta FF's goalkeeper Patrick Vestberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herbert Östman. If Tor Tolsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Herbert Östman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute Tomas Möllgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvard Källberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Örjan Hultin during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bålsta FF's Örjan Hultin got a free kick in the 47th minute. If Tor Tolsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Bålsta FF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tor Tolsson made a kick off. In the 60th minute of the match, Tomas Möllgren tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edvard Källberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Christian Drake scored 1-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patrick Vestberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Tor Tolsson sped through Bålsta FF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Patrick Vestberg. 70 minutes into the match, Bottnaryd IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Möllgren came free, but Edvard Källberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patrick Vestberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Östman, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the game, Örjan Hultin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Edvard Källberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bottnaryd IFK's Edvard Källberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Möllgren in the 83rd minute of play. Christian Drake struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Patrick Vestberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bottnaryd IFK. Edvard Källberg came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Bålsta FF's Örjan Hultin. But to his dismay, Örjan Hultin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Tomas Möllgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Edvard Källberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edvard Källberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Möllgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bålsta FF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Johannes Abrahamsson in the 94th minute. Bålsta FF's Johannes Abrahamsson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edvard Källberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Bottnaryd IFK's Herbert Östman got a free kick in the 99th minute. Chants of Bålsta FF echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Bottnaryd IFK had held the ball for most of the match.
