Ingvar Månsson charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ingvar Månsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 29th minute, when Sons of Totti FC's Jonas Julin after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Arvin Pettersson in SigmaDuck's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. Sons of Totti FC's Anders Olsman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglas Ekeroth in the 32nd minute of play. When Douglas Ekeroth came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the SigmaDuck fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Douglas Ekeroth couldn't finish the play. Jörgen Bohlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Douglas Ekeroth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anders Olsman was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. If Douglas Ekeroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
