Rob IN's Herbert Ödman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sakarias Sjöberg in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Rob IN's goal looked a bit too open when Sakarias Sjöberg came free, but Herbert Ödman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Uno Hansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Torslanda FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfons Backlund in the 17th minute of play forced Torslanda FC's goalkeeper Valdo Gala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Torslanda FC's goalkeeper Valdo Gala, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Uno Hansson notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Rob IN's Herbert Ödman. Torslanda FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rob IN the free kick. A collision led to Torslanda FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Tage Ekblom hit a great ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Mikael Uter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rob IN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Uter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Rob IN's goal looked a bit too open when Uno Hansson came free, but Herbert Ödman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th match minute, Torslanda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tage Ekblom to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Uter in the 44th minute of play forced Torslanda FC's goalkeeper Valdo Gala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Uno Hansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mikael Uter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Valdo Gala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Uter in the 52nd minute of the match. The supporters of Rob IN booed when Torslanda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Björk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herbert Ödman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uno Hansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herbert Ödman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakarias Sjöberg in the 59th minute of play. Valdo Gala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfons Backlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Sakarias Sjöberg hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Torslanda FC's Peter Björk got a free kick in the 75th minute. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Alfons Backlund sped through Torslanda FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Valdo Gala. If Michael Holm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Rob IN booed when Torslanda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sakarias Sjöberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute, Rob IN's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Uno Hansson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The Torslanda FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Torslanda FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
