Johan Friberger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tor Berg in the 5th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Emanuel Öfverman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Good Luck Have Fun's Gustav Nordlund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robin Lund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Good Luck Have Fun booed when Byske BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernst Vedholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emanuel Öfverman struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Robin Lund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Good Luck Have Fun. 21 minutes into the match, Good Luck Have Fun's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Vedholm came free, but Johan Friberger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ragnar Nyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Bertil Eliasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Einar Löv took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Johan Friberger. Good Luck Have Fun's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Johan Friberger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Nyman in the 36th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emanuel Öfverman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tor Berg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Friberger having to interfere. Ragnar Nyman might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Johan Friberger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ragnar Nyman ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tor Berg got free with Johan Friberger in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ragnar Nyman in the 74th minute of play forced Good Luck Have Fun's goalkeeper Johan Friberger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tor Berg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tor Berg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Friberger having to interfere. Robin Lund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Öfverman, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 85th minute, Tor Berg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Byske BF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Good Luck Have Fun's zone, Ragnar Nyman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johan Friberger came out of the goal and Ragnar Nyman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tor Berg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Johan Friberger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Byske BF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
