Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Egon Burman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Elliot Vallmark hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute Egon Burman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Beckström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egon Burman took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabriel Beckström. Gabriel Beckström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 17th minute Egon Burman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Beckström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egon Burman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Beckström having to make a save. In the 21st match minute, Äspered was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredric Ljungberg to maneuver through the defense. After 26 played minutes Balkan FC got a freekick which was hit by Elliot Vallmark. In the 28th minute, Egon Burman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabriel Beckström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Egon Burman took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabriel Beckström. Gabriel Beckström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Sixten Hääger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fredric Ljungberg charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fredric Ljungberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Niklas Morat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Egon Burman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Balkan FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sixten Hääger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Niklas Morat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Äspered defense, Egon Burman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Beckström. The Äspered fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Beckström should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Balkan FC's Egon Burman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gabriel Beckström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixten Hääger in the 65th minute of play forced Balkan FC's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Sixten Hääger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Fredric Ljungberg was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. Äspered's Gabriel Beckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egon Burman in the 73rd minute of play. Äspered's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Egon Burman scored to the left of an out of position Gabriel Beckström, making the score, 0-5. The supporters of Balkan FC booed when Äspered was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Åke Grelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 87 minutes, Sixten Hääger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Äspered and the Balkan FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lars Allbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Hugo Orlando Gatti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Äspered's Gabriel Beckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egon Burman in the 91st minute of play. A collision led to Balkan FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Torsten Hylander hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Äspered's Lars Allbom got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the final whistle sounded Balkan FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Äspered.
