Tryckarna's supporters rose to their feet, but Gunnar Arenberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Benet got free with Aleksander Almqvist in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 39 minutes of play, Tryckarna's Ola Axelsson made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan-Erik Strömqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd minute, Edward Benet made a precise shot to the right of Aleksander Almqvist. The supporters of Tryckarna booed when Skåpafors IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Kvarnström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Skåpafors IF's zone, Gunnar Arenberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan-Erik Strömqvist came out of the goal and Gunnar Arenberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ola Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 70th minute Håkan Tinglöv shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksander Almqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gunnar Arenberg kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Skåpafors IF's Jan-Erik Strömqvist got control of the ball when Per-Erik Samuelsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Skåpafors IF's Edward Benet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aleksander Almqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Tryckarna defense, Ulrik Bergqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aleksander Almqvist. The Tryckarna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aleksander Almqvist should have stopped the shot. Per-Erik Samuelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tryckarna's Aleksander Almqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håkan Tinglöv in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Benet in the 85th minute of play forced Tryckarna's goalkeeper Aleksander Almqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Skåpafors IF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tryckarna had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
