The audience thought a goal was coming when Kim Larsfält got free with Björn Bergfeldt in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Åmotfors United defense, Dennis Kjellbom kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bo-Erik Möllgren. The Åmotfors United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bo-Erik Möllgren should have stopped the shot. Revirvägen FC's Björn Bergfeldt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Haglund in the 13th minute of play. Björn Bergfeldt made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Kim Larsfält sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Åmotfors United booed when Revirvägen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoffer Anundsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Åmotfors United getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Per-Olof Nilsson hit a great ball. Olle Ström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Kim Larsfält fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Björn Bergfeldt having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, Åmotfors United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olle Ström to maneuver through the defense. Andréas Sandström kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Björn Bergfeldt came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Åmotfors United's Fredrik Haglund. But to his dismay, Fredrik Haglund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Björn Bergfeldt made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Kim Larsfält sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th match minute, Revirvägen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christoffer Anundsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th match minute, Åmotfors United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olle Ström to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dennis Kjellbom to strike the kick off in the second half. Björn Bergfeldt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kim Larsfält, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Björn Bergfeldt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Haglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Revirvägen FC's zone, Per-Olof Nilsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Björn Bergfeldt came out of the goal and Per-Olof Nilsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viggo Ek in the 59th minute of play forced Åmotfors United's goalkeeper Bo-Erik Möllgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Björn Bergfeldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kim Larsfält in the 60th minute of the match. Åmotfors United's Kim Larsfält got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Olle Ström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Björn Bergfeldt. Revirvägen FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olle Ström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Haglund in the 72nd minute of play forced Revirvägen FC's goalkeeper Björn Bergfeldt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Revirvägen FC's Björn Bergfeldt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Olof Nilsson in the 75th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Per-Olof Nilsson notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Revirvägen FC's Björn Bergfeldt. Björn Bergfeldt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Kim Larsfält managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åmotfors United's supporters rose to their feet, but Kim Larsfält was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Björn Bergfeldt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gösta Vassenius's late challenge caught a Åmotfors United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gösta Vassenius helped the player get up and apologised. Gösta Vassenius kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Kim Larsfält received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Björn Bergfeldt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kim Larsfält in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Björn Bergfeldt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Åmotfors United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
