Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bo Högström started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to Athena Schnoodle FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Bo-Erik Stenkvist hit a great ball. Vallvik IK's Jonatan Alströmer got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hans Lingren's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Per-Åke Högström firmly grabbed it by the left post. Bo Högström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Per-Åke Högström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Jon Hellström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Per-Åke Högström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zebastian Edström in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 22nd match minute, Athena Schnoodle FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Erik Brodin to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 25 minutes, Hans Lingren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vallvik IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans Lingren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Bo Högström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Hans Lingren could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Per-Åke Högström however easily saved by the left post. Kjell Bremming kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Athena Schnoodle FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Högström came free, but Per-Åke Högström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Zebastian Edström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vallvik IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Zebastian Edström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Per-Åke Högström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kjell Bremming kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hans Lingren got free with Per-Åke Högström in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vincent Håkansson made a kick off. After some careless play in the Athena Schnoodle FC defense, Hans Lingren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Per-Åke Högström. The Athena Schnoodle FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per-Åke Högström should have stopped the shot. If Bo Högström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Per-Åke Högström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans Lingren in the 60th minute of play. Per-Åke Högström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Lingren, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Per-Åke Högström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bo Högström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Vallvik IK's goalkeeper Gustav Aronsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jon Hellström. Jon Hellström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Gustav Aronsson made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Lingren in the 74th minute of play forced Athena Schnoodle FC's goalkeeper Per-Åke Högström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Åke Högström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Lingren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zebastian Edström in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per-Åke Högström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81st minute Hans Lingren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Åke Högström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Hans Lingren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Athena Schnoodle FC's goalkeeper Per-Åke Högström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vallvik IK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
