Barkarby Runners's Jens-Erik Smedfeldt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Barkarby Runners from getting a goal against them. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent Håkansson in the 18th minute of play. Per-Erik Brodin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Barkarby Runners getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Einar Almkvist hit a great ball. Bo-Erik Stenkvist struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Athena Schnoodle FC. Vincent Håkansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jon Hellström struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Athena Schnoodle FC. In the 31st match minute, Barkarby Runners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurt Brovall to maneuver through the defense. Barkarby Runners's Jens-Erik Smedfeldt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Barkarby Runners from getting a goal against them. After 40 played minutes Barkarby Runners got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Brovall. 43 minutes into the match, Barkarby Runners's goal looked a bit too open when Vincent Håkansson came free, but Jens-Erik Smedfeldt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jon Hellström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Jens-Erik Smedfeldt made a huge save. With a little luck, Barkarby Runners's Jens-Erik Smedfeldt got control of the ball when Jon Hellström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Erik Brodin in the 48th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arne Nyqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Vincent Håkansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Erik Smedfeldt having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Jon Hellström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Per-Åke Högström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arne Nyqvist in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Bremming in the 71st minute of play forced Barkarby Runners's goalkeeper Jens-Erik Smedfeldt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent Håkansson in the 75th minute of play. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon Hellström, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Per-Åke Högström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viggo Eliasson in the 82nd minute of the match. Bo-Erik Stenkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bo-Erik Stenkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Barkarby Runners booed when Athena Schnoodle FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo-Erik Stenkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Athena Schnoodle FC's Per-Erik Brodin. But to his dismay, Per-Erik Brodin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Athena Schnoodle FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
