FC Mattsson's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Where My Dogs At the free kick. After 5 played minutes FC Mattsson got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Tholsson. Alex Westerberg hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Gustaf Dusett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Alin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FC Mattsson's Ronny Påk got a free kick in the 12th minute. During the 19th minute of the match Alexander Tholsson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alexander Tholsson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Jörn Trulsson scored 1-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sixten Johansson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in FC Mattsson's zone, Kalle Mattsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustaf Dusett came out of the goal and Kalle Mattsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 35 minutes of play, Where My Dogs At's Jim Rudqvist made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustaf Dusett was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 40 played minutes Where My Dogs At got a freekick which was hit by Lars Lundberg. In the 43rd minute of the match, Alex Westerberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sixten Johansson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gustaf Dusett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Alin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Jan-Erik Sandberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Leif Gerdberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Hans Alin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gustaf Dusett. That made the score 2-2 in the 64 minute of play. In the 70th match minute, FC Mattsson was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiktor Björck to maneuver through the defense. Jörn Trulsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Sixten Johansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Wiktor Björck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sixten Johansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Björck in the 87th minute of play. FC Mattsson's Jörn Trulsson got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Where My Dogs At's Hans Alin came free and shot a quick shot against goal 93 minutes in the game, fortunately Gustaf Dusett had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Hans Alin might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustaf Dusett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hans Alin ran back to his position shaking his head. Jim Rudqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaf Dusett having to interfere. Where My Dogs At were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing FC Mattsson to leave the ground with a draw.
