In the 19th minute, Leonardo Bergqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henrik Wenerdahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell-Arne Larsfelt having to interfere. ffffff FC's Georg Bengtsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Åhman in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to ffffff FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Ludwig Sigfridsson hit a great ball. In the 30th minute of the match Ronny Hydén shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Georg Bengtsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Irriducibili Norra's Eric Åhman in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ffffff FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Irriducibili Norra's zone, Birger Björkkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell-Arne Larsfelt came out of the goal and Birger Björkkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henrik Wenerdahl made a kick off. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Irriducibili Norra's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Henrik Wenerdahl was slow to take the kick. During this time ffffff FC's players had a chance to rest. Henrik Wenerdahl made a great header on ffffff FC's corner, it was just that Irriducibili Norra's Kjell-Arne Larsfelt managed to reach the ball for a save. When Claes Stabbe fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Irriducibili Norra's protests and gave Claes Stabbe a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ffffff FC booed when Irriducibili Norra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claes Stabbe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrik Wenerdahl took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kjell-Arne Larsfelt. Irriducibili Norra's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 59 played minutes Irriducibili Norra got a freekick which was hit by Eric Åhman. The supporters of Irriducibili Norra booed when ffffff FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Arenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. A long shot from Ronny Hydén in the 61st minute of play was well struck, but Georg Bengtsson made a really good save at the right post. If Magne Kaxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georg Bengtsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Åhman in the 69th minute of the match. ffffff FC's Henrik Wenerdahl got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henrik Wenerdahl in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kjell-Arne Larsfelt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 85 played minutes Irriducibili Norra got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Olof Västerstrand. Eric Åhman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Bengtsson having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Birger Björkkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kjell-Arne Larsfelt. Irriducibili Norra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Birger Björkkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Kjell-Arne Larsfelt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Wenerdahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Irriducibili Norra's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
