Leif Skark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörn Alströmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Leo Carlsson took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven-Edvin Törnblom. Sven-Edvin Törnblom dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Leif Skark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Olsmann in the 12th minute of the match. After 15 minutes of play, Öland fc's Lars Olsmann made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leif Skark was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sven-Edvin Törnblom made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Leo Carlsson sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Leo Carlsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Proteinshejk's supporters rose to their feet, but Leo Carlsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Edvin Törnblom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 34 minutes, Leo Carlsson made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Öland fc's Sven-Edvin Törnblom tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 38th minute, Edwin Vallander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Öland fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. When Karl-Oskar Ros came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Öland fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Oskar Ros couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-2 at half-time.

The wind increased when Lars Olsmann made the kick off in the second half. Sven-Edvin Törnblom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Törnblom in the 51st minute of play. After 52 played minutes Öland fc got a freekick which was hit by Jörn Alströmer. When Jörn Alströmer fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Öland fc's protests and gave Jörn Alströmer a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Öland fc getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jörn Alströmer hit a great ball. Leif Skark made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jörn Alströmer in the 67th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sören Wik in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven-Edvin Törnblom saved Öland fc from getting behind. In the 78th match minute, FC Proteinshejk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Måns Skräddare to maneuver through the defense. Karl-Oskar Ros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leif Skark having to interfere. After some careless play in the Öland fc defense, Sören Wik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven-Edvin Törnblom. The Öland fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven-Edvin Törnblom should have stopped the shot. Jörn Alströmer kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Öland fc's goal looked a bit too open when Sören Wik came free, but Sven-Edvin Törnblom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute Leo Carlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Edvin Törnblom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Proteinshejk had played much better football throughout.
