Spectators: 7350 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 0) Bo Hammarberg made the kick off and thus started the match. 14 minutes into the match, Jakob Hök notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Lokomotiv Röda Stjärnan's Jörgen Malmström. Jörgen Malmström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 19 minutes, Sten Tomasson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lokomotiv Röda Stjärnan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sten Tomasson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bo Hammarberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olov Brolin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Tomasson in the 29th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Hässelby BK got a freekick which was hit by Jakob Hök. Bo Hammarberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 33 minutes, Bo Hammarberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olov Brolin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Tomasson in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute Bo Hammarberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Brolin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bo Hammarberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olov Brolin having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

A collision led to Lokomotiv Röda Stjärnan getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Bo Hammarberg hit a great ball. Jörgen Malmström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Björn Salqvist in the 55th minute of the match. Olov Brolin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sten Tomasson in the 67th minute. Sten Tomasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Hammarberg in the 71st minute of play forced Hässelby BK's goalkeeper Olov Brolin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olov Brolin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Hammarberg in the 72nd minute of play. With a little luck, Hässelby BK's Olov Brolin got control of the ball when Sten Tomasson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Olov Brolin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Hammarberg in the 80th minute of play. If Sten Tomasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sten Tomasson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Olov Brolin firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jörgen Malmström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Hök, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hässelby BK's Olov Brolin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Hässelby BK from getting a goal against them. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lokomotiv Röda Stjärnan players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hässelby BK.
