After a defensive mix-up in Öxabäck BF's zone, Nils-Emil Nyström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. In the 64th minute, Eddie Lundin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Johnny Eriksson. The goal made the score 1-3. The audience was convinced that Nils-Emil Nyström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Gadd was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. When Joacim Karlsson came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Malmvägen Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joacim Karlsson couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Öxabäck BF booed when Malmvägen Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joacim Karlsson didn't get a good kick on the ball.
