After a rather tough play, Rydöbrukds's Lucas Låsberg got a free kick in the 12th minute. Valentin Petersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfred Ekberg in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC George's goalkeeper Valentin Petersson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Manfred Ekberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Petersson having to interfere. FC George's Valentin Petersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximilian Wennerqvist in the 39th minute of play. Joseph Aspengren hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute Folke Öberg managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Maximilian Wennerqvist made the kick off in the second half. If Edwin Strömberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. In the 100th minute FC George were awarded a corner. Leonard Kilstedt went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Michael Blom drilling the ball in to score 2-2 behind Rydöbrukds's goalkeeper. Despite being the better team, FC George failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
