After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Jarl Pil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peter Karlberg was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Kim Jakobsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kim Jakobsson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. 74 minutes into the game, Malte Almkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sernard FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arsenal FC the free kick. Malte Almkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Villiam Norberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tim Andersson in the 76th minute of the match. Claes Thedin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Villiam Norberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 minutes of play Sernard FC's Tim Andersson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Arsenal FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
