Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Czeslaw Niewiadomski made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 8thth minute of the game Maximilian Norberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Täfteå IFK's Allan Ekelund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 11 minutes, Vilgot Strömberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Täfteå IFK and the Örebro United players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Örebro United booed when Täfteå IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilgot Strömberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximilian Norberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Allan Ekelund skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Czeslaw Niewiadomski in the 19th minute of play forced Örebro United's goalkeeper Gilson Gerber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Täfteå IFK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Czeslaw Niewiadomski in the 21st minute. A nice corner shot did that Vilgot Strömberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gilson Gerber quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 24th minute, Mikael Albäck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Örebro United's zone, Czeslaw Niewiadomski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilson Gerber came out of the goal and Czeslaw Niewiadomski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute, Maximilian Norberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Allan Ekelund was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Czeslaw Niewiadomski in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilson Gerber prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maximilian Norberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Allan Ekelund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Allan Ekelund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximilian Norberg in the 48th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maximilian Norberg made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Maximilian Norberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Ekelund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Örebro United's Maximilian Norberg in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 73rd minute, Robert Lund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Czeslaw Niewiadomski in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilson Gerber saved Örebro United from getting behind. After 82 minutes, Maximilian Norberg made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Täfteå IFK's Allan Ekelund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Kurt Kullander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Täfteå IFK's Allan Ekelund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Kullander in the 87th minute of play. Sven-Olof Grubb hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Camillo Ceccon hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Örebro United were the better team. Örebro United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
