A beautiful save bye Rengsjö's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Rengsjö's Henric Allbom got control of the ball when Marko Dahlgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Symphony Blue's Erlend Øvereng was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 8th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Erlend Øvereng got free in front of the goal in the 11th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Henric Allbom was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Erlend Øvereng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute, Walter Hård got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Rengsjö's goalkeeper Henric Allbom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erlend Øvereng. If Ralf Haström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walter Hård received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Henric Allbom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Rengsjö defense, Erlend Øvereng kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henric Allbom. The Rengsjö fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henric Allbom should have stopped the shot. In the 28th minute, Erlend Øvereng left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Symphony Blue fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After 32 minutes of play, Symphony Blue's Erlend Øvereng made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henric Allbom was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th minute, Erlend Øvereng made a precise shot to the right of Henric Allbom. Rengsjö's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 39 minutes into the game, Herman Nordin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rengsjö's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Symphony Blue the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rengsjö fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 39th minute. Penalty! In the 40th minute, Symphony Blue got a penalty, and Erlend Øvereng placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Juhlin in the 44th minute of play forced Symphony Blue's goalkeeper Jonas Alefors to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 8-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patrik Juhlin made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erlend Øvereng in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henric Allbom saved Rengsjö from getting behind. After 54 minutes, Erlend Øvereng made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Rengsjö's Henric Allbom tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Symphony Blue fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Symphony Blue's Erlend Øvereng looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Erlend Øvereng sped through Rengsjö's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Henric Allbom. Marko Dahlgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Henric Allbom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henric Allbom came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Symphony Blue's Erlend Øvereng. But to his dismay, Erlend Øvereng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Erlend Øvereng put it in 13-0 from a short distance just to the right of Henric Allbom. After 74 minutes of play, Symphony Blue's Marko Dahlgren made it 14-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henric Allbom was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Herman Nordin was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 78 minutes had been played. The supporters of Symphony Blue booed when Rengsjö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herman Nordin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Symphony Blue's Erlend Øvereng got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erlend Øvereng took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henric Allbom. Henric Allbom dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 15-0. 87 minutes into the match, Symphony Blue's Walter Hård sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henric Allbom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Rengsjö's zone, Erlend Øvereng stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henric Allbom came out of the goal and Erlend Øvereng tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rengsjö's Henric Allbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walter Hård in the 89th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Symphony Blue fully deserved thier win.
