Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bad Blue Boys's Nils Lång started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bad Blue Boys's Samuel Hallgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Juhlin in the 8th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Karl-Erik Karlberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bad Blue Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rengsjö the free kick. In the 12th minute, Karl-Erik Karlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuel Hallgren didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 13th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Patrik Juhlin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Samuel Hallgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Hallgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ralf Haström in the 18th minute. Patrik Juhlin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ragnar Dusett's late challenge caught a Bad Blue Boys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ragnar Dusett helped the player get up and apologised. After 28 played minutes Rengsjö got a freekick which was hit by Ragnar Dusett. Karl-Erik Karlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute Ralf Haström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Hallgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Samuel Hallgren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ralf Haström in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Samuel Hallgren, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Ralf Haström came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Rengsjö fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralf Haström couldn't finish the play. Samuel Hallgren came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Rengsjö's Patrik Juhlin. But to his dismay, Patrik Juhlin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Bad Blue Boys's Samuel Hallgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Bad Blue Boys from getting a goal against them. In the 48th minute, Ralf Haström made a precise shot to the right of Samuel Hallgren. Bad Blue Boys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patrik Juhlin to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Rengsjö got a freekick which was hit by Ragnar Dusett. Henric Allbom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nils Lång's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Rengsjö's Ralf Haström got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ralf Haström struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Samuel Hallgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rengsjö. After 63rd play minutes Ralf Haström shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Samuel Hallgren and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 65th minute, Ralf Haström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samuel Hallgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Samuel Hallgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Juhlin in the 70th minute of play. In the 72ndth minute of the game Ralf Haström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bad Blue Boys's Samuel Hallgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. One of Bad Blue Boys:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rengsjö:s goal. Bad Blue Boys:s Samuel Hallgren showed great skill when he stopped Anders Brummer:s penalty. 76 minutes into the game, Anders Brummer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Samuel Hallgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Samuel Hallgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Juhlin in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd match minute, Bad Blue Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristoffer Jönsson to maneuver through the defense. Ralf Haström took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuel Hallgren. Samuel Hallgren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. In the 88thth minute of the game Patrik Juhlin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bad Blue Boys's Samuel Hallgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 92nd minute, Nils Lång ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henric Allbom was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. When Jack Stenkvist fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bad Blue Boys's protests and gave Jack Stenkvist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute, Jack Stenkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 99th minute, Ralf Haström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ralf Haström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 101st minute. Samuel Hallgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Rengsjö players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
