The supporters of Modo FF booed when Arboga SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Sundström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Aron Vikström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arvid Norberg. The goal made the score 1-0. Arvid Norberg made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Joakim Åkesson sent off a good shot on target. If Torbjörn Emander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joakim Åkesson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Arvid Norberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. Torbjörn Emander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Joakim Åkesson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arboga SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 27 played minutes Modo FF got a freekick which was hit by Torbjörn Emander. In the 30th minute of the match, Aron Vikström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arvid Norberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Arvid Norberg was a little too slow when Aron Vikström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 3-0. Arvid Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron Vikström, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Modo FF's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Sundström came free, but Arvid Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 51 minutes, Torbjörn Emander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Modo FF and the Arboga SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Modo FF's Arvid Norberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Sundström in the 53rd minute of play. Arvid Norberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joakim Åkesson in the 59th minute of the match. Aron Vikström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Arvid Norberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joakim Åkesson took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arvid Norberg. Arvid Norberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 66th minute, Aron Vikström made a precise shot to the right of Arvid Norberg. Modo FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Joakim Åkesson took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arvid Norberg. Arvid Norberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. An unexpected shot in the 77th minute by Markus Strömbom got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Modo FF's Tord Jansson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Björn Westerstrand. That made the score 8-1 after 85 minutes of play. Björn Westerstrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tord Jansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
