Balrog FC's Herman Alegren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Charamut in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Sollefteå BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixten Ekström to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Sigvard Ambjörnsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Balrog FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The supporters of Balrog FC booed when Sollefteå BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixten Ekström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Balrog FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Stefan Charamut scored to the left of an out of position Herman Alegren, making the score, 2-1. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Sigvard Ambjörnsson put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Sverker Vacker. Sverker Vacker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ove Andreasson in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Månsson in the 33rd minute of play forced Sollefteå BF's goalkeeper Sverker Vacker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sigvard Ambjörnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stefan Charamut stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Robert Åmans short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Sverker Vacker to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Marlo Garzoli's late challenge caught a Balrog FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marlo Garzoli helped the player get up and apologised. Marlo Garzoli kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, Balrog FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Månsson to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Balrog FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Knut Lövgren hit a great ball. Ove Andreasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Balrog FC's Herman Alegren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melker Björkman in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Sigvard Ambjörnsson notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Sollefteå BF's Sverker Vacker. Sverker Vacker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 77th minute Melker Björkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herman Alegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herman Alegren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixten Ekström, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Herman Alegren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Charamut in the 91st minute of the match. If Sixten Ekström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
