Smedjebacken's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Änglarna the free kick. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sture Telin was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sture Telin in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inge Trulsson saved Smedjebacken from getting behind. After having played for 61 minutes, Sture Telin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Änglarna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sture Telin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Änglarna's goal looked a bit too open when George Samuelsson came free, but Kalle Bergsten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute Len Meyers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inge Trulsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kalle Bergsten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Stenqvist in the 67th minute of the match. Smedjebacken's Inge Trulsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Smedjebacken from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd match minute, Smedjebacken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvin Friberger to maneuver through the defense. Sture Telin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inge Trulsson having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Änglarna's zone, George Samuelsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kalle Bergsten came out of the goal and George Samuelsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 78 in the game by Sture Telin from a close distance when the talented Inge Trulsson managed to make a qualified save. Smedjebacken's players were relieved. When Sture Telin fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Änglarna's protests and gave Sture Telin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, Sture Telin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd match minute, Smedjebacken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Måns Ekström to maneuver through the defense. Sture Telin scored 0-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Inge Trulsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling George Samuelsson in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kalle Bergsten prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Filip Lindholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Kalle Bergsten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Samuelsson in the 89th minute of play forced Änglarna's goalkeeper Kalle Bergsten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Änglarna's corner Jago Terrilla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Inge Trulsson quite easily take care of the ball. In the 93rd match minute, Smedjebacken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Finsberg to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, Smedjebacken's Sebastian Erserman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kalle Bergsten narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Änglarna eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
