If Erik Finsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when George Samuelsson got free with Sverker Vacker in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torbjörn Klint during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Smedjebacken booed when Sollefteå BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torbjörn Klint didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inge Trulsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melker Björkman, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The supporters of Sollefteå BF booed when Smedjebacken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Måns Ekström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sverker Vacker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With his leg Inge Trulsson managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Sollefteå BF's Sixten Ekström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Sollefteå BF's Leif Britz got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After some careless play in the Sollefteå BF defense, George Samuelsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sverker Vacker. The Sollefteå BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sverker Vacker should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute Stefan Charamut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inge Trulsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Sollefteå BF's Melker Björkman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Inge Trulsson. That made the score 2-2 after 92 minutes of play. Inge Trulsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melker Björkman in the 96th minute. The Sollefteå BF players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Smedjebacken from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
