Vural Mustafa started the match with the kick off. Öje RK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Melker Björkman scored to the left of an out of position Cássio Pimenta, making the score, 1-0. In the 11th minute, Svante Jonsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Öje RK's Cássio Pimenta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Öje RK from getting a goal against them. Sollefteå BF's Sverker Vacker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristoffer Säf in the 15th minute of play. Svante Jonsson kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When Kristoffer Säf fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Öje RK's protests and gave Kristoffer Säf a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd match minute, Öje RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristoffer Säf to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the match, Sollefteå BF's goal looked a bit too open when Vural Mustafa came free, but Sverker Vacker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Öje RK's Vural Mustafa got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Vural Mustafa scored 1-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sverker Vacker, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cássio Pimenta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Charamut in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th minute of the match, Stefan Charamut tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cássio Pimenta saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Cássio Pimenta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Charamut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 53 minutes of play Öje RK's Kristoffer Säf was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Kristoffer Säf kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Cássio Pimenta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Charamut in the 57th minute of the match. If Sven-Åke Gali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vural Mustafa might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sverker Vacker. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vural Mustafa ran back to his position shaking his head. After 77 played minutes Öje RK got a freekick which was hit by Svante Jonsson. After 89 played minutes Öje RK got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Åke Gali. Cássio Pimenta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Charamut in the 90th minute of play. Sollefteå BF were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
