Timmy Källberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karl-Ove Axelsson having to make a save. In the 12th minute, Jonatan Fristedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Trattarnas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marc Malmgren came free, but Gustav Carlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Carlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marc Malmgren in the 21st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brian Gråberg during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Brian Gråberg hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Timmy Källberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Karl-Ove Axelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Olle Bengtsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Carlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustav Carlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Fristedt in the 37th minute of play. Knut Sandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Dala-Järna's goal looked a bit too open when Brian Falck came free, but Karl-Ove Axelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Marc Malmgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gustav Carlsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Jonatan Fristedt made the kick off in the second half. Timmy Källberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Ove Axelsson having to interfere. Dala-Järna's Karl-Ove Axelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Falck in the 55th minute of play. Timmy Källberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Göran Westerstrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Ove Axelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Falck, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 65 played minutes Dala-Järna got a freekick which was hit by Brian Gråberg. In the 67th minute Brian Falck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Ove Axelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 played minutes Dala-Järna got a freekick which was hit by Marc Malmgren. 70 minutes into the match, Jonatan Fristedt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gustav Carlsson, 0-2. After 72 minutes of play Dala-Järna's Marc Malmgren was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Dala-Järna's Marc Malmgren got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Gustav Carlsson made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Olle Bengtsson sent off a good shot on target. When Kurt Felin fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trattarnas FC's protests and gave Kurt Felin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th minute, Kurt Felin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 78 in the game by Olle Bengtsson from a close distance when the talented Gustav Carlsson managed to make a qualified save. Trattarnas FC's players were relieved. Gustav Carlsson came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Dala-Järna's Brian Gråberg. But to his dismay, Brian Gråberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Gustav Carlsson made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Olle Bengtsson sent off a good shot on target. If Brian Falck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trattarnas FC's Timmy Källberg got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dala-Järna played a much better game than Trattarnas FC and deserved their victory. The Trattarnas FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
