Elliott Sundberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Wallgren in the 3rd minute of the match. Joseph Forss was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Henric Åman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Henric Åman really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Christer Nyberg lost his temper 7 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 7th match minute, Stocka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christer Nyberg to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Adam Hedström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stocka's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam Hedström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elliott Sundberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stellan Pihlblad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alex Ek hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Henric Åman hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Elliott Sundberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Hedström in the 24th minute of play. Piotr Fahlgren charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Piotr Fahlgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to VS Åby getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Joseph Forss was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Verner Ödmann showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 29 minute of play. The supporters of VS Åby booed when Stocka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaf Bure didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stellan Pihlblad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henric Åman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Joseph Forss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joseph Forss didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 48th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adam Hedström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Verner Ödmann during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Stocka booed when VS Åby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Verner Ödmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joseph Forss came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by VS Åby's Alex Ek. But to his dismay, Alex Ek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Elliott Sundberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stellan Pihlblad, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Stocka's goal looked a bit too open when Henric Åman came free, but Joseph Forss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Adam Hedström fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stocka's protests and gave Adam Hedström a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th match minute, Stocka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Hedström to maneuver through the defense. Adam Hedström took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elliott Sundberg. Elliott Sundberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 87 minutes into the match, Stocka's goal looked a bit too open when Verner Ödmann came free, but Joseph Forss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Gunnar Tøndborg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Forss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90 played minutes Stocka got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Bure. VS Åby's Elliott Sundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stellan Pihlblad in the 93rd minute of play. In the 96th minute, Verner Ödmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joseph Forss was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. There was no doubt that VS Åby were the better team. VS Åby's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
