Rune Högman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Lundqvist in the 2nd minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Jan-Olof Malm notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Lovikka's Rune Högman. Rune Högman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 16 minutes into the game, Lovikka's Olof Colin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Einar Kilstedt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Georg Qvalfeldt struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Rune Högman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Live-Red FK. Olof Colin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Live-Red FK's Jan-Olof Malm got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Peter Hellgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lovikka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 25th match minute, Lovikka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig Skog to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Olof Malm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Georg Qvalfeldt got free with Rune Högman in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Lundqvist in the 37th minute of play forced Lovikka's goalkeeper Rune Högman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johan Tingberg charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Johan Tingberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Johan Tingberg kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Rune Högman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georg Qvalfeldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Johan Tingberg hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Live-Red FK's Georg Qvalfeldt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rune Högman. Rune Högman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-3. The score stood at 3-3 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Douglas Lundqvist made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Lundqvist in the 53rd minute of play forced Live-Red FK's goalkeeper Einar Kilstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Einar Kilstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Lundqvist in the 57th minute of the match. Georg Qvalfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Andreas Lundqvist fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lovikka's protests and gave Andreas Lundqvist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd match minute, Lovikka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Lundqvist to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Georg Qvalfeldt in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rune Högman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fredrik Kinnman's late challenge caught a Lovikka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fredrik Kinnman helped the player get up and apologised. Fredrik Kinnman hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The supporters of Live-Red FK booed when Lovikka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristoffer Bivall didn't get a good kick on the ball. Georg Qvalfeldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rune Högman having to make a save. Georg Qvalfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 78 minutes of play Lovikka's Johan Tingberg was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Johan Tingberg hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Douglas Lundqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Live-Red FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Douglas Lundqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rune Högman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute, Jan-Olof Malm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lovikka's Emil Lövskog got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the game, Tim Kinnman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lovikka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Live-Red FK the free kick. In the 88th match minute, Lovikka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tim Kinnman to maneuver through the defense. Andreas Lundqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Einar Kilstedt was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Olof Colin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Olof Colin really showed his touch with that goal: 3-4. Andreas Lundqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Rune Högman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Qvalfeldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Live-Red FK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lovikka's performance. The match ended with a win for Lovikka.
