The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evert Lindkvist during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Ingmar Målare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Tomas Kilman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sons of Tommorow's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Kilman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edvin Lindblom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Malmö Torpedos's Ingmar Målare in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sons of Tommorow's goalie prevented a goal. In the 34th minute there was a penalty for Malmö Torpedos. Tomas Kilman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Lindblom having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felix Andreasson to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Malmö Torpedos booed when Sons of Tommorow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Andreasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st match minute, Malmö Torpedos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evert Lindkvist to maneuver through the defense. Håkan Ingemarsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingmar Målare's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. The Malmö Torpedos fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Malmö Torpedos's Ingmar Målare looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ingmar Målare struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Tomas Kilman came free in the 95th minute and tried to tip the ball over Edvin Lindblom, but to the joy of Malmö Torpedos's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. The Sons of Tommorow fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Malmö Torpedos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
