Anton Lindberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olof Colin in the 4th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Kalle Odén managed to get in a good position for a shot. Näsbypark Nuggets's supporters rose to their feet, but Kalle Odén was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rune Högman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Kalle Odén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 14 played minutes Lovikka got a freekick which was hit by Johan Tingberg. The corner ended in Sakarias Skoog almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lovikka's Rune Högman did a great save. Lovikka's Rune Högman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Pettersson in the 19th minute of play. Olof Colin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anton Lindberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andreas Lundqvist went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 29 minutes into the match, Olof Colin notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Näsbypark Nuggets's Anton Lindberg. Anton Lindberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Andreas Lundqvist came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Lovikka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Lundqvist couldn't finish the play. 39 minutes into the game, Olof Colin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Anton Lindberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 42 minutes, Kenny Bocklund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lovikka and the Näsbypark Nuggets players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute Olof Colin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Lindberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andreas Lundqvist was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olof Colin got free with Anton Lindberg in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Johan Tingberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Anton Lindberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th match minute, Lovikka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Hellgren to maneuver through the defense. Kalle Odén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Högman having to interfere. Stig Skog kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, Rutger Vinström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Näsbypark Nuggets's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lovikka the free kick. In the 75th minute, Rutger Vinström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dennis Pettersson kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Emil Lövskog was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 82nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Olof Colin scored 0-5 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anton Lindberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Andreas Lundqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Lindberg having to interfere. If Rutger Vinström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Lovikka players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
