Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Andreas Lundqvist took the kick off in the first half of the match. Torbjörn Sillén scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rune Högman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 9 minutes of play, Malmö Torpedos's Anders Andreasson made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rune Högman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rune Högman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Torbjörn Sillén's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Patrick Drewitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Lundqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 minutes, Jens-Ola Lövkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malmö Torpedos and the Lovikka players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Malmö Torpedos's Jens-Ola Lövkvist got a free kick in the 16th minute. With a little luck, Malmö Torpedos's Patrick Drewitz got control of the ball when Olof Colin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Karl-Åke Galle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Malmö Torpedos's Torbjörn Sillén in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lovikka's goalie prevented a goal. Olof Colin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Drewitz having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lovikka's Valter Wallander got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute, Gustav Svanström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Gustav Svanström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Malmö Torpedos's Patrick Drewitz got control of the ball when Emil Lövskog tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Malmö Torpedos's Karl-Åke Galle got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Olof Colin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrick Drewitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Andreas Lundqvist's late challenge caught a Malmö Torpedos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andreas Lundqvist helped the player get up and apologised. Andreas Lundqvist hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Torbjörn Sillén made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Torbjörn Sillén put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Rune Högman. After 59 minutes, Johan Tingberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lovikka and the Malmö Torpedos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patrick Drewitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Colin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, Lovikka's goalkeeper Rune Högman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torbjörn Sillén. In the 65th minute, Karl-Åke Galle made a precise shot to the right of Rune Högman. Lovikka's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Torbjörn Sillén might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rune Högman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Torbjörn Sillén ran back to his position shaking his head. Rune Högman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torbjörn Sillén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Malmö Torpedos booed when Lovikka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Tingberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute Sakarias Säf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Högman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torbjörn Sillén who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Rune Högman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Andreas Lundqvist struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Patrick Drewitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lovikka. When Andreas Lundqvist came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Lovikka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Lundqvist couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Lovikka getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Andreas Lundqvist hit a great ball. The supporters of Malmö Torpedos booed when Lovikka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Lundqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rune Högman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Torbjörn Sillén in the 87th minute.
