The Napoleons Fälttåg BK fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Napoleons Fälttåg BK's Christos Polizos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 16 played minutes Hrafninn Flýgur got a freekick which was hit by Freddie Carlberg. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anton Vallengren in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Springfält prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gabriel Springfält took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Vallengren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Valentin Lingren fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hrafninn Flýgur's protests and gave Valentin Lingren a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Napoleons Fälttåg BK booed when Hrafninn Flýgur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Lingren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Springfält took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christos Polizos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hrafninn Flýgur's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by George Hedling in the 31st minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Dick Ödmann heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The supporters of Hrafninn Flýgur booed when Napoleons Fälttåg BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Staffan Palmquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marc Dalgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Christos Polizos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Vallengren in the 38th minute of play forced Hrafninn Flýgur's goalkeeper Gabriel Springfält to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anton Vallengren was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute Marc Dalgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yuri Yasin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yuri Yasin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Olof Kristiansson in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Napoleons Fälttåg BK's Olof Hellström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gabriel Springfält made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Sven-Olof Kristiansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yuri Yasin having to interfere. When Edmund Linqvist came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Napoleons Fälttåg BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmund Linqvist couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the match, Napoleons Fälttåg BK's goalkeeper Yuri Yasin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven-Olof Kristiansson. Gabriel Springfält showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christos Polizos in the 71st minute of the match. Gabriel Springfält came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Napoleons Fälttåg BK's Anton Vallengren. But to his dismay, Anton Vallengren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After a rather tough play, Hrafninn Flýgur's Marc Dalgren got a free kick in the 76th minute. After some careless play in the Hrafninn Flýgur defense, Christos Polizos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Springfält. The Hrafninn Flýgur fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Springfält should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Hrafninn Flýgur getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Rune Vik hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Hrafninn Flýgur defense, Christos Polizos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Springfält. The Hrafninn Flýgur fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Springfält should have stopped the shot. If Christos Polizos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christos Polizos scored 7-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabriel Springfält, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Napoleons Fälttåg BK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
