Spectators: 7515 (Terracing: 5637, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Håkan Siöberg got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oskar Söderqwist during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Knäred IF booed when Grangärde BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Söderqwist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 3 minutes, Benne Beer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Knäred IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benne Beer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Håkan Siöberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Rickard Lundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Håkan Siöberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Lundström having to interfere. In the 12th play minute Håkan Siöberg came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rickard Lundström. 1-0. In the 17thth minute of the game Benne Beer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grangärde BK's Rickard Kling was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hjalmar Lundqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Rickard Kling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Grangärde BK's Rickard Kling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benne Beer in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Benne Beer notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Grangärde BK's Rickard Kling. Rickard Kling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 32 minutes into the game, Benne Beer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Rickard Kling was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Herman Vikström tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Rickard Kling. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-3 in the 34th minute. After 37 played minutes Knäred IF got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Månsson. Benne Beer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rickard Kling read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Hjalmar Lundqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Knäred IF's Benne Beer in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 44 played minutes, Knäred IF's Timmy Haström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rickard Kling came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Knäred IF reached it. The audience was convinced that Benne Beer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rickard Kling was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The Knäred IF fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Knäred IF's Benne Beer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benne Beer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Benne Beer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the game, Vilhelm Axelsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Knäred IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grangärde BK the free kick. In the 56th match minute, Knäred IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilhelm Axelsson to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Grangärde BK's Oskar Söderqwist got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute, Knäred IF's Benne Beer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rickard Kling. Rickard Kling yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. In the 66th minute, Benne Beer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The long shot by Hubert Hult in the 74th minute really tested Rickard Kling's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Rickard Lundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egil Hellbom in the 77th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Egil Hellbom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rickard Lundström. Knäred IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egil Hellbom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Oskar Söderqwist kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Hjalmar Lundqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rickard Kling was a little too slow when Benne Beer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 2-6. Knäred IF's Hjalmar Lundqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benne Beer in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rickard Kling prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Knäred IF's Benne Beer in the 98th minute got a chance for a shot 98th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grangärde BK's goalie prevented a goal.
