Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Staffan Björling took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Staffan Björling put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jan-Olof Ek. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Atletico André:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Simrishamn:s goal. 15 minutes into the game, Leif Blom recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lukas Hultman. Leif Blom showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Sixten Åkerman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lukas Hultman having to interfere. Jan-Olof Ek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Staffan Björling in the 20th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Henry Sundström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Staffan Björling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Simrishamn getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Per-Erik Kleen hit a great ball. Leif Blom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lukas Hultman having to interfere. Staffan Björling might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan-Olof Ek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Staffan Björling ran back to his position shaking his head. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Sixten Åkerman made the kick off in the second half. Staffan Björling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jan-Olof Ek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sixten Åkerman struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Lukas Hultman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Simrishamn. Lukas Hultman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leif Blom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Simrishamn booed when Atletico André was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Måns Lang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atletico André's Staffan Björling got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Atletico André's Staffan Björling in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Simrishamn's goalie prevented a goal. In the 72nd minute Leif Blom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lukas Hultman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Leif Blom came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Simrishamn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leif Blom couldn't finish the play. Atletico André's Staffan Björling got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Simrishamn's goal looked a bit too open when Staffan Björling came free, but Jan-Olof Ek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixten Åkerman struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Lukas Hultman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Simrishamn. Lukas Hultman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sixten Åkerman's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, Atletico André's Arne Deckbergh got a free kick in the 86th minute. After 87 minutes, Leif Blom made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Atletico André's Lukas Hultman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Staffan Björling had several of the Simrishamn's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 91 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-3 score and a disappointed Jan-Olof Ek as he didn't even see the shot coming.
