Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Johannes Lindkvist took the kick off in the first half of the match. Boda's Hubert Broberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Boda from getting a goal against them. Hubert Broberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigvard Lang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, Boda's goalkeeper Hubert Broberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ralf Hjelm. Wargöns IK's Ralf Hjelm got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ingemar Karlsson hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 17th match minute, Boda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Emil Arvidsson to maneuver through the defense. Ralf Hjelm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hubert Broberg having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Magnus Ahlbeck notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Boda's Hubert Broberg. Hubert Broberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Johannes Lindkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Boda getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Torgny Haström hit a great ball. The Wargöns IK fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Wargöns IK's Gösta Sundberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Torgny Haström kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Johannes Lindkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Matthias Stensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matthias Stensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Lindkvist in the 39th minute of play. Rudolf Odeen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matthias Stensson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gösta Sundberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Manfred Ros fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wargöns IK's protests and gave Manfred Ros a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Wargöns IK getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Manfred Ros hit a great ball. A hard shot by Rudolf Odeen from long distance, 63 minutes into the match, got Matthias Stensson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 68th match minute, Boda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torgny Haström to maneuver through the defense. Hubert Broberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigvard Lang, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. When Jens-Åke Skog fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wargöns IK's protests and gave Jens-Åke Skog a yellow card for diving instead. After 83 played minutes Wargöns IK got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Åke Skog. Wargöns IK's Matthias Stensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Lindkvist in the 85th minute of play. Jens-Åke Skog hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Wargöns IK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Boda for a fine match.
