Alf Hermansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Johansson having to interfere. Otto Matsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Michael Johansson having to make a save. If Otto Matsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Alf Hermansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lone Oak's supporters rose to their feet, but Alf Hermansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michael Johansson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Lars-Erik Persson fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lone Oak's protests and gave Lars-Erik Persson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st match minute, Lone Oak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars-Erik Persson to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute of the match Josef Hasselqvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Harald Bergman skillfully saved the ball. Fredrik Ekgren charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fredrik Ekgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fredrik Ekgren hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. A collision led to Lone Oak getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. David Hård hit a great ball. If Otto Matsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
