Spectators: 6895 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1744, VIP seats: 151) Stellan Gulliksson took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arman Alebäck. Arman Alebäck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 9 minutes into the game, Sollefteå's Robert Mellberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arman Alebäck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Stellan Gulliksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute, Stellan Gulliksson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sollefteå fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Agne Samuelsson made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Rasmus Söderberg sent off a good shot on target. Göran Holmgren hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Lidström in the 25th minute of play forced Skillingaryd's goalkeeper Arman Alebäck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rasmus Söderberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Agne Samuelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rasmus Söderberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Agne Samuelsson made a huge save. Sollefteå's Andreas Lidström got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Gabriel Forsberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Agne Samuelsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexis Vanderlat in the 42nd minute of play forced Skillingaryd's goalkeeper Arman Alebäck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Skillingaryd's Roland Bållström got a free kick in the 44th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Sollefteå's goalkeeper Agne Samuelsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rasmus Söderberg. After the first half Sollefteå were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Göran Holmgren to strike the kick off in the second half. Skillingaryd's Gabriel Forsberg got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 58 in the game by Stellan Gulliksson from a close distance when the talented Arman Alebäck managed to make a qualified save. Skillingaryd's players were relieved. In the 60th minute, Rasmus Söderberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Agne Samuelsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Stellan Gulliksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arman Alebäck having to interfere. After 65th play minutes Rasmus Söderberg shot 3-4, a short shot which went by Agne Samuelsson and just under the crossbar into goal. Torbjörn Bergman's late challenge caught a Sollefteå's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Torbjörn Bergman helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd minute, Torbjörn Bergman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rune Blomberg missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 75 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Arman Alebäck right hand side. After a rather tough play, Skillingaryd's Roland Bållström got a free kick in the 77th minute. Skillingaryd's Arman Alebäck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Skillingaryd from getting a goal against them. If Göran Holmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 81 played minutes Sollefteå got a freekick which was hit by Philip Ekerot. Andreas Lidström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arman Alebäck having to interfere. Gabriel Forsberg charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gabriel Forsberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 played minutes Skillingaryd got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Forsberg. Stellan Gulliksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Arman Alebäck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sollefteå played a much better game than Skillingaryd and deserved their victory. The Skillingaryd players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
