Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, IF Karlstad Fotboll's Jens Flink nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vilhelm Boström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Joar Forssell took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vilhelm Boström. Vilhelm Boström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 15 played minutes Bograngen got a freekick which was hit by Peder Bolin. Vilhelm Boström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens Flink, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Tomas Lund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Michael Johansson having to make a save. Kristoffer Lekberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Tomas Lund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Michael Johansson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Vilhelm Boström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens Flink, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute.

The wind increased when Joar Forssell made the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Vilhelm Boström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Bograngen's Vilhelm Boström got control of the ball when Jens Flink tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Kristoffer Lekberg sped through IF Karlstad Fotboll's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Michael Johansson. Kristoffer Lekberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Michael Johansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joar Forssell couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Lund in the 80th minute of play forced IF Karlstad Fotboll's goalkeeper Michael Johansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michael Johansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Lund in the 83rd minute of the match. When Tomas Lund came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Bograngen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Lund couldn't finish the play. With 87 minutes on the clock, Kasper Brovall commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bograngen fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! In the 89th minute there was a penalty for IF Karlstad Fotboll. Ernst Örn stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Vilhelm Boström. 2-3. Tomas Lund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Johansson having to interfere. When Christer Bjurström fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bograngen's protests and gave Christer Bjurström a yellow card for diving instead. In the 98th minute, Christer Bjurström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
