Otto Matsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Bograngen booed when Lone Oak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredrik Ekgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rudolf Blom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peder Bolin during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Peder Bolin kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Harald Bergman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Ånger, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Otto Matsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vilhelm Boström having to make a save. In the 18th minute, Marko Ånger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Bograngen's zone, Alf Hermansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vilhelm Boström came out of the goal and Alf Hermansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Lone Oak's Sture Smitt got a free kick in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alf Hermansson in the 26th minute of play forced Bograngen's goalkeeper Vilhelm Boström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vilhelm Boström made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Alf Hermansson sent off a good shot on target. Harald Bergman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Lund in the 31st minute of the match. A collision led to Lone Oak getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Fredrik Ekgren hit a great ball. After 41 minutes, Leo Hammarberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bograngen and the Lone Oak players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute, one of Bograngen:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bograngen. The goalkeeper, Vilhelm Boström, was totally fooled by Lone Oak's Boris Sjöberg, who 42 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 47 minutes into the game, Bograngen's Kristoffer Lekberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Harald Bergman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alf Hermansson was the one to do the kick off. Vilhelm Boström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Hermansson in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to Bograngen getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Rudolf Blom hit a great ball. Vilhelm Boström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alf Hermansson in the 60th minute of the match. Lone Oak's Harald Bergman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marko Ånger in the 62nd minute of play. After 62nd play minutes Marko Ånger shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Harald Bergman and just under the crossbar into goal. Tomas Lund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Harald Bergman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bograngen's Vilhelm Boström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Hermansson in the 66th minute of play. When Alf Hermansson came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Lone Oak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alf Hermansson couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the match, Bograngen's goal looked a bit too open when Otto Matsson came free, but Vilhelm Boström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th match minute, Bograngen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Skog to maneuver through the defense. After 73 minutes of play Bograngen's Leo Hammarberg was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bograngen! Vilhelm Boström had in the 75thth minute some difficulties stopping Boris Sjöberg's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 78th minute Alf Hermansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Boström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Bograngen's goal looked a bit too open when Otto Matsson came free, but Vilhelm Boström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97thth minute of the game Alf Hermansson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bograngen's Vilhelm Boström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lone Oak's Harald Bergman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 99th minute of the match, managed to save Lone Oak from getting a goal against them.
